Prerequisites
  • A Discord server where you have the Manage Server permission
  • A Discord account you can log in with on the dashboard

1. Invite the bot

1

Open the invite link

Click the invite button on rbxweb.net and select your server.
2

Accept the requested permissions

Keep all permissions enabled. The bot needs them to send messages, manage roles, create threads, and moderate channels.
3

Confirm the bot appears in your server

The bot shows up in the member list and can receive slash commands.

2. Open the dashboard

Go to rbxweb.net and click Login with Discord. After authorizing, you see a list of servers where you can manage the bot.
You only see servers where you have Manage Server permission and where the bot is a member. If a server is missing, check both.

3. Pick your server

Click a server card. The dashboard loads with the sidebar on the left. Each sidebar entry is a different feature or settings area — see the dashboard overview for what each entry does.
If you reached the dashboard view with the sidebar, you’re ready to configure features. Start with Welcome / Bye messages or Require Roblox Authorization.

Saving changes

Every feature page has a Save button at the bottom. Changes are not applied until you save. If you navigate away with unsaved changes, the dashboard prompts you to save or discard.

Switching servers

Use the server switcher at the top of the sidebar, or click the RBX Toolbot logo to return to the server list.
