Server images is a shared image library for your server. Images are organized into named categories, and other features pick from those categories — Funny image commands uses a whole category per trigger, and the Embed builder, Competition reminder, and Welcome / Bye messages can select individual images from the library. Open Dashboard → Guild Settings and scroll to the Server Images section.

Creating a category

1

Click New Category

Enter a short name (for example, dance_emotes or welcome_banners). Names must be unique within your server.
2

Open the category

Click the category card to expand its image grid.
3

Upload images

Drag files into the upload area or click Upload and pick them from your file system. Supported formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, .gif.

Using images

From Funny image commands

A category acts as a pool. When a trigger fires, a random image from the linked category is posted. Add more images for more variety.

From Embed builder / Competition reminder / Welcome messages

These features have a Select from Library button next to the image URL field. Clicking it opens a picker showing all your categories. Drill into a category and pick a single image — its URL is inserted into the field.

Managing a category

  • Rename — click the category name to edit it in place.
  • Delete — removes the category and all its images. Any commands or embeds referencing it lose their image (commands fall back to disabled; embeds keep their URL field but it becomes empty).
  • Remove an image — hover over an image thumbnail and click the × button.
Deleting a category is irreversible. If it’s used by a Funny image command, that command’s image source is cleared and must be re-linked.

Storage notes

  • There is no per-image file size limit in the dashboard, but Discord rejects messages with images over 10 MB. Aim for well under that so embeds render reliably.
  • Images are hosted on the bot’s CDN. The URL remains stable as long as the image exists in your library.
  • Deleted images are not recoverable.
